Jose (Joe) Colon has been involved in the arts for more than twenty-four years, acting, singing and writing for mostly community events and projects. His story Titi Floi's Pasteles-Maker Machine was published in 2005 in "Chicken Soup for the Latino Soul", edited by Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Susan Sanchez-Casal.
